The ACTIVO RFID combines battery-free operation with flexible handling and simple management. The energy required is generated directly when the button is pressed – without any wiring, batteries or the associated hassle of changing batteries.

Users unlock the lock using an RFID transponder or, optionally, via the free LEHMANN Transponder app for iOS and Android. At the same time, the push-button can serve as a handle and can therefore be functionally integrated into the front of the unit.

With either free cabinet selection or fixed cabinet allocation, the ACTIVO RFID adapts to different working and usage concepts. It is suitable for offices, co-working spaces, educational establishments, workshops and changing rooms, amongst other places.

The ACTIVO RFID operates entirely without batteries. The energy required for the locking process is generated directly by pressing the button, whereby kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy. This eliminates both the cost of batteries and the effort involved in their procurement, storage, replacement and proper disposal.

At the same time, ongoing maintenance costs are reduced. Recurring tasks relating to checks and battery replacement are no longer necessary, which significantly reduces the workload for facility management and service staff and frees up additional capacity for other activities.

Flexible and intuitive operation.

The ACTIVO RFID can be operated either with an RFID transponder or via the free LEHMANN Transponder app for iOS and Android. Using a smartphone is merely an additional option: A compatible RFID transponder is all that’s needed for daily access, so the lock can also be used entirely without a smartphone.

The push button for power generation can also be used as a handle to open the cabinet. This allows the lock to be integrated into the cabinet design in a functional and space-saving manner, without the need for a separate handle.

Optionally, you can manage the lock and access permissions centrally and flexibly using the LEHMANN Management Software (LMS). Firmware updates are installed via USB-C. With the Virtual Network, access permissions can be efficiently assigned and managed via a central terminal.

An integrated hidden mechanical service cylinder ensures that authorized persons have controlled access to the locker at any time if necessary.

The right usage concept for your requirements.

Whether lockers are permanently allocated or users can choose their own: the ACTIVO RFID’s usage concept can be flexibly adapted to different organisational and workplace models.

With free locker selection, users can use an available locker only for as long as they need it. It is then automatically made available again – ideal for shared-desk offices, co-working spaces, educational institutions or conference areas. This allows existing locker capacity to be utilised efficiently.

With fixed locker allocation, each user is permanently assigned a personal locker. This mode is particularly suitable for offices, workshops and changing rooms with a fixed group of users.

The usage concept can be adapted to new organisational structures at any time. This ensures that locker capacity is used efficiently and reduces the administrative burden.
